About the project:
Many modern restaurants with the first class service are functioning in Stepanakert, however all of them have the European design and the specificity’s of the country do not reflect. 
Our project provides a structure of restaurant in traditional Karabakhian style dwelling and also availability of national kitchen. The combination modern and traditional promises to be attractive both for the tourists, and for the residents of capital.
It is one of the projects of the Company aimed at development of an infrastructure of tourism in the country.

Site:
The chosen building is traditional Karabakh's dwelling of the end XIX-th centuries is located at the center of Stepanakert, in the unique kept historical quarter of capital. It next door with other buildings ancient also is aesthetic and historical value.
There is three-level building: it has large basement premise (room), first and second floor. The area of each level of 65 sq. meters.  There is traditional balconies on the second floor leaving on a street and in a courtyard.
There is an opportunity of expansion at the expense of the next structures.

Idea:
The organizers of the project are going to open restaurant  with national traditions of hospitality,and to restore colour of national local dwelling.

Description:
Basement floor: Will be converted under a wine-cellar MARAN, like it was before the revolution. It is supposed to place in it a small bar with vine, cornel and mulberry vodka, and also open kitchen, where visitors will be witnesses of cooking various traditional snacks: Jengalev Hats, cooked tongue, pickles. Maran is as it were enables to glance in Karabakh's the house 19 centuries.

The first floor: Is reconstructed under a guest hall  of Karabakh’s dwelling. It is one large long room decorated with carpets, other elements of traditional design. Here visitors already can as the famine, eat both national, and European dishes follows to satisfy angry in Maran by tasting of faults. By the way also will listen to national music and will look dances in alive execution (performance).

The second floor: Is reconstructed under inhabited premises (rooms) Karabakh’s home. Is divided (shared) on some rooms, each of which is equipped under a restaurant room - kitchen. The floor is intended for those who searches for solitude’s. Here, in silence and cozy atmosphere is pleasant to discuss the businesses and have family supper.

Courtyard: It is always pleasant to have dinner among trees, under pipe of birds in summer period. A bakery TONRATUN is located here, and visitors have such a possibility to observe baking of traditional Karabakhy bread – Tonrahats, Jengialev Hats, and othr national dish - Khashil .

Spicy detail: 
All rooms are equipped with hand-made goods of the end of 19-beginning 20 centuries - tables, benches, carpets and rugs, except crockery: it is modern, but copies the originals of the same epoch.

Also available: 
Contiguous to the building of restaurant structure (19-beginning 20 centuries) is a property of city- administration and can be gradually redeemed or rent. After reconstruction in the appropriate style it can be granted on lease. It is advisable to arrange workshops on manufacturing jewels and souvenirs, small carpet, smithy’s, bookstores, Arts & Grafts. Most of the existing owners will be glad to move this quarter. It will give the special color to this quarter as a whole and will allow even partially restoring here special spirit of the Armenian city. But these already theme for the separate project.

The necessary investments:
The project is estimated in 30 thousand US dollars. From which - 30 %- purchase of a structure, 30 %-reconstruction, 30 %- equipments, 10 %- other charges.
